A Good Kick Start

Hi y'all its been a while since my last entry!! Sorry...was kinda busy with stuff and I was facing a major writer's blog (what I meant to say was writer's block!) Is there even such a word?  So everyday I would ask myself what to write? what to write? So I thought lets kick off with some words of wisdom!

P/s: if you're feeling down or facing a major problem... I hope this will help to boost up your energy level and bring in lots of positive aura...

READ IT OUT LOUD!!

Limitations are merely opportunities to grow.

Don’t be afraid to fail. Be afraid not to try.

Find your way to get results. Start with clear goals and the courage to follow where they lead you to.

Take a leap! Those who jump at opportunity go farther toward reaching their success.

Determine your priorities and focus on them.

Make yourself do the thing you have to do when it ought to be done, whether you like it or not.

If it is up to you to be, it is always up to me!

Dream big! Imagination and determination make the difference!

Forget past mistakes. Forget failures forget everything except what you’re going to do and do it now.

Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying. Don’t give up!

People may doubt what you say, but they will believe what you do.

Strive forward nothing ever happens until you start pushing. Keep on going.

Impossible only exists in the world of incapable.

Victory belongs to the most preserving!

Stay M.O.T.I.V.A.T.E.D

Zig Ziglar once quoted -"People often say that motivation never last. Well, neither does bathing. That's why we recommend it daily"

Ways to keep yourself motivated: -

* Know the good reasons why you're doing what you're doing

* Have fun and try to enjoy what you're doing

* To stay positive, try to use visualisation techniques to help you see the end results

* Find inspiration by reading motivational quotes

* If you find monotonous task boring...try finding other ways to approach it!

* In order to keep track of your progress, break goals into task

* Learn to take a break, especially if you've been working too long

* Remember that you can't function at an optimal level, all the time (it's normal)

* When you reach your goal, reward yourself for accomplishing the task

* Make it a daily habit to be thankful and stay positive
